A Parents Perspective: Randy Zimmerman

From my perspective, the growth and development that I have seen in my daughters has come in many different areas: leadership, self-esteem, personal growth and family values. And it is easy to see why. Alpha Gamma Delta stands for these types of values. All of the Alpha Gams I have met have this in common and they all encourage each other to remain true to those values.

The list of leadership possibilities and how those positions help Alpha Gams grow can be found on all of your web pages, anywhere from the opportunities to lead the chapter as an officer to the charity events that they step up and volunteer for. Everything that Alpha Gamma Delta does within the community teaches the women to grasp those opportunities.

What sets Alpha Gamma Delta apart from other organizations are the upfront goals and values that are an inherent part of Alpha Gam life. I was so proud that my middle daughter followed her older sister into the “family” knowing that she will also experience all the value Alpha Gamma Delta has to offer.
